Fathom is a six-person watch crew on a single vessel — we hire rarely, and almost always for a specific technical gap rather than a general opening.
When we do have a role open, it’s posted here and nowhere else. We don’t use recruiters and we don’t accept unsolicited applications outside an open posting, simply because we don’t have the administrative capacity to review them.
